Fablora is a story app designed for children ages 2 to 10. Children's privacy is our highest priority. This policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, and how it is protected.

Fablora collects only the minimum amount of data necessary for the app to function:

• Account information: The parent's Sign in with Apple account details. The email address is used only for account management.
• Child profile: Name, age, and interests, used only for generating personalized stories.
• Generated stories: Story texts and illustrations are stored on our servers.
• Anonymous usage data: App performance data and error reports, which are anonymous and do not include personal information.

3. Protections for Children

Fablora is designed in compliance with Apple Kids Category rules and COPPA requirements:

• No personal information is collected directly from children; profile information is entered by the parent.
• No third-party advertising or analytics SDKs are used.
• The app does not direct children to external websites.
• No location data is collected.
• A child's information is not shared with any third party.

4. How We Use Data

Collected data is used only for the following purposes:

• To generate stories appropriate for the child's age and interests
• To store the story library and keep it accessible
• To improve app performance
• To manage subscription processes

5. Data Storage and Security

Data is stored in encrypted form on secure servers. Personal data can be accessed only by authorized systems. When an account is deleted, all associated data is permanently removed.

6. Third-Party Services

Fablora uses the following third-party services:

• Sign in with Apple: Authentication
• Supabase: Secure data storage and app infrastructure
• RevenueCat: Subscription management through the Apple App Store

Personal data is not shared with any third party other than these services.

7. Parents' Rights

Parents always have the right to:

• View, edit, or delete the child's profile information
• Permanently delete the account and all related data
• Request information about collected data

8. Compliance with Turkish Data Protection Law

Fablora operates in compliance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data in Turkey. You may submit any request regarding your personal data using the contact address below.
