Common questions
How do I delete my account and my child’s data?
Open Fablora → Settings → Account → Delete Account. Everything — profile, story library, account record — is permanently removed. If you can’t access the app, email me and I’ll do it for you.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Open the App Store, tap your profile photo, tap Subscriptions, choose Fablora, and cancel from there. Refunds are handled by Apple per their policy.
A generated story didn’t load / image didn’t appear
Story and illustration generation depend on an internet connection. Try reopening the app on a stable network. If it persists, email me with a screenshot if possible.
Is the content really safe for my child?
Every story passes age-appropriateness checks before it reaches your child. Violence, horror, and adult themes are filtered out and can’t be enabled. No ads, no external links, and no analytics SDKs run on the kid-facing surface. If you ever see something that doesn’t feel right, please email me — I take this seriously.
My child is older / younger than the age you set — can I adjust?
Yes. The parent can edit the child’s age in the profile at any time, and the next stories will adapt their length, vocabulary, and themes accordingly.
Other channels
For non-urgent feedback or feature requests, the same email works. It’s a solo product — there’s no separate support portal.
