These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Natty app (the “Service”). By using Natty, you agree to these Terms and to the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Apple Standard EULA”). Where these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA conflict, the more user-protective of the two applies.
1. The service
Natty is a personal style assistant. You take a photo, tell the app where you’re going, and it returns warm, specific feedback about the outfit — plus one suggested change and an automatic entry in your style calendar. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum digital-consent age in your jurisdiction, to use Natty.
3. Your use
- You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Natty does not require an account. Your photos and archive are stored locally on your device.
- You are responsible for keeping your device secure.
- You may only submit photos you have the right to submit, and you should avoid uploading images of other people without their consent.
4. Nature of the feedback (please read)
- Natty’s reads are subjective style suggestions generated by an AI model. They are opinions meant to reassure and gently guide — not professional, medical, psychological, or any other kind of expert advice.
- The AI can be wrong, miss details, or misread a photo, especially in poor lighting. Use your own judgment; the final call is always yours.
- By design, Natty evaluates clothing and styling, never your body or appearance, and never assigns a numeric score.
5. Subscription and payment
- Natty is free to download. Your first look is free, followed by a limited number of free reads each week.
- Natty Premium lifts the analysis limit and unlocks a deeper read. Your calendar and archive remain free and are never gated behind Premium.
- Subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings or in the App Store → Subscriptions. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Refund requests are subject to Apple’s refund policy.
- Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and may vary by region or currency.
6. Content and intellectual property
- Your photos and your analysis archive are yours. We claim no ownership over them, and they stay on your device.
- The Natty app, its branding, design, and infrastructure remain the intellectual property of the developer.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misuse, abuse, or attempt to disrupt the Service or its backend.
- Attempt to bypass subscription enforcement or the free-usage limits.
- Reverse engineer the app or its API beyond what applicable law permits.
- Submit unlawful content, or content that infringes the rights of others.
- Use the app or its output in a way that violates any applicable law.
8. Service changes
We may update, modify, or discontinue features at our discretion. Material changes will be communicated through the app or App Store release notes where reasonable.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Natty is provided without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation, and its feedback is provided without warranty of accuracy or fitness for any purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its feedback.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction over any disputes, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction gives you additional rights that we cannot contractually override.
