Why didn’t I get a new Quote of the Day?
The Quote of the Day refreshes once every 24 hours. If the quote hasn’t changed, try closing and reopening the app. Quotie caches today’s quote locally so it works offline — once connectivity is restored it will sync automatically.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Open the App Store, tap your profile photo, tap Subscriptions, choose Quotie, and cancel from there. Refunds are handled by Apple per their policy.
How do I restore my premium access on a new device?
Open Quotie and go to Settings → Restore Purchases. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID, so it will restore automatically as long as you’re signed in with the same account.
My bookmarks disappeared after reinstalling
Bookmarks are stored locally on your device and are not synced to a server. They may come back if you restore your iPhone from an iCloud or iTunes backup. If you lost them and need help, email me — I’m happy to look into it.
How do I turn off (or adjust) notifications?
Daily reminders can be toggled and timed inside the app under Settings. For system-level control, go to iOS Settings → Notifications → Quotie and adjust from there.
How do I share a quote?
Tap the share button on the quote card to send it as an image or text via any app on your phone. Quotie generates a clean card with the quote, attribution, and a matching gradient, ready for stories or messages.
Other channels
For non-urgent feedback or feature requests, the same email works. It’s a solo app — there’s no separate support portal.
