Common questions
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account directly from Skedra → Settings → Account → Delete Account. All your data is permanently removed. If you can’t access the app, email me and I’ll handle it.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Open the App Store, tap your profile photo, tap Subscriptions, choose Skedra, and cancel from there. Apple handles the refund window per their policy.
Can I export my data?
Yes — email me and I’ll send you a copy of your account data within a reasonable time.
A reminder didn’t fire / sync is stuck
Make sure notifications and background app refresh are enabled for Skedra in iOS Settings. If sync is stuck, sign out and back in once. If it persists, email me with a short description of what’s happening and which device you’re using.
Reporting another user
If someone is harassing you or violating the rules in the social features, email me with the username and a brief description. I’ll review and take action quickly.
Other channels
For non-urgent feedback or feature requests, the same email works. There’s no separate support portal — it’s just me.
