Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Open the App Store, tap your profile photo, tap Subscriptions, choose Flashwords, and cancel from there. Refunds are handled by Apple per their policy.
I’m not getting daily reminders
Make sure notifications are enabled for Flashwords in iOS Settings → Notifications → Flashwords. Reminders fire only if Allow Notifications is on and you haven’t disabled them in-app.
I lost my progress after reinstalling
If you used Flashwords without an account, progress is stored locally and is lost when the app is uninstalled. To keep progress across devices and reinstalls, sign in and your data will sync. Email me if you’d like help recovering anything.
Which languages are supported?
Spanish, English, French, Italian, German, Portuguese, and Turkish. More are added over time — let me know which one you’d like next.
How do I report a wrong translation or missing word?
Email me with the word and language pair. Word data is curated, and I appreciate every correction.
How do I delete my account?
Email hello@muhammedkilinc.com and your account plus all server-side data will be permanently removed within a reasonable time.
Other channels
For non-urgent feedback or feature requests, the same email works. It’s a solo app — there’s no separate support portal.
