These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Skedra app (the “Service”). By using Skedra, you agree to these Terms and to the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Apple Standard EULA”). Where these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA conflict, the more user-protective of the two applies.
1. The service
Skedra is a planner for students — class schedules, todos, grades, focus sessions, and lightweight social features. The service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum digital-consent age in your jurisdiction, to use Skedra. A valid Apple ID is required for account creation.
3. Your account
- You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials and device secure.
- You’re responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.
- You agree not to use Skedra to harass, impersonate, or harm other users in the social features.
4. Subscription and payment
- Skedra offers a free tier and optional premium subscriptions.
- Subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal period.
- Subscription management and cancellation are handled in your Apple ID settings.
- Refund requests are subject to Apple’s refund policy.
- Prices are inclusive of taxes where applicable and may vary by region.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misuse, abuse, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
- Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or other security mechanisms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or data.
- Reverse engineer the app or its backend beyond what’s permitted by law.
6. Content rights
- The Skedra app, its branding, and infrastructure remain the property of the developer.
- Content you create (schedules, todos, notes) belongs to you. You grant us a limited license to store and process it as needed to operate the Service.
- Don’t reproduce or redistribute the app or its content commercially.
7. Service changes
We may update, modify, or discontinue features at our discretion. Material changes will be communicated in the app where reasonable.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skedra is provided without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction over any disputes, except where mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction applies.
