These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Fablora (the “Service”). By using Fablora, you agree to these Terms and to the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Apple Standard EULA”). Where these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA conflict, the more user-protective of the two applies.
1. Description of the service
Fablora is a personalized story creation and reading app intended for use by parents of children ages 2 to 10. The app generates illustrated stories tailored to each child’s age and interests.
2. Conditions of use
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Fablora.
- The app is designed to be used by a parent or legal guardian together with a child.
- A valid Apple ID is required to create an account.
- You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
3. Child safety
Fablora places the highest priority on child safety:
- All stories are checked for age-appropriate content before delivery.
- Violence, horror, inappropriate themes, and adult content are blocked.
- Content safety filters cannot be disabled.
- If inappropriate content is detected, it is removed automatically.
4. Subscription and payment
- Fablora offers a free starter — your first story is on us, with a limited number of stories per day in the free tier.
- Premium subscriptions are purchased and managed through the Apple App Store.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in your App Store settings at least 24 hours before the renewal period.
- Refund requests are subject to Apple’s refund policy.
- Prices are shown inclusive of taxes and may vary by region.
5. Content rights
- All rights related to the Fablora app and its infrastructure belong to the developer.
- Stories generated for users are intended for personal use only.
- Stories and illustrations may not be used commercially or redistributed.
- Fablora may evaluate anonymous usage data to improve service quality.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misuse or abuse the app.
- Attempt to bypass security or safety mechanisms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts.
- Attempt to reverse engineer the app or its backend.
7. Service changes
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue features at our discretion. Material changes will be communicated in the app.
8. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is.” Continuous or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Features that require an internet connection depend on connectivity. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction over any disputes, except where mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction applies.
