Need help with Natty? Email hello@muhammedkilinc.com and I’ll get back to you within a few business days. I read every message.

Common questions

How does Natty work?

Take a photo of your outfit, tell Natty where you’re going, and it returns a warm, specific read in about ten seconds — what’s working, one small thing you could change, and an honest “this is good, go” when nothing needs touching. Every look is saved to your calendar automatically, so over time you can see what you actually wore, and when.

Are my photos private? Do you store them?

Your photos stay on your device. When you ask for a read, a single photo is sent for analysis only in that moment, processed in memory, and never stored on our servers or used to train any AI model. The written result is saved locally on your device, in your calendar archive.

Why doesn’t Natty give a score?

On purpose. A score out of ten turns getting dressed into a test, and it stings the people who most want reassurance. Natty gives a clear, warm read and one concrete suggestion instead — never a number, and never a judgment about you or your body. It reads the clothes, not the person.

What’s free, and what’s Premium?

Your first look is free, then you get a set number of free reads each week. Natty Premium lifts that limit and unlocks a deeper read. Your calendar and archive are always free and never gated behind Premium.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Open the App Store, tap your profile photo, tap Subscriptions, choose Natty, and cancel from there. Refunds are handled by Apple per their policy.

How do I restore Premium on a new device?

Open Natty, go to Settings → Restore Purchases. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID, so it restores automatically as long as you’re signed in with the same account.

My archive disappeared after reinstalling

Your calendar archive is stored locally on your device and isn’t synced to a server. It may come back if you restore your iPhone from an iCloud or iTunes backup. If you lost it and need help, email me — I’m happy to look into it.

Other channels

For non-urgent feedback or feature requests, the same email works. It’s a solo app — there’s no separate support portal.
